About Us

Our Surveying team is headed up by Syrena Tarone Chartered Building Engineer (MCABE) and Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) and Patricia Hawkins is currently a Technical member of CABE (Tech Cabe). We are both members of The Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (MFPWS). We are supported by Assistant Party Wall Surveyors. Our team carry professional indemnity insurance to cover their work.

Having worked in Building Control and Party Wall Surveying for many years, we are aware that having to navigate the world of Party Wall can be a daunting, confusing, and expensive experience for Building Owners. 

The role of the Party Wall Surveyor is to resolve disputes that may arise between neighbours when works are being carried out that invoke The Party Wall etc. Act 1996. 

Our aim is to work with the respective building owners to resolve disputes in a way that is fair, jargon free and affordable.
